Kisuule Paul
Board Chairperson and Managing Director
As an experienced and people-oriented Services Coordinator, Kisuule Paul is a favorite among our clients. He takes the time to get to know both the individuals and the businesses that he works with, allowing them to provide tailored services and financial advice.
Kisuule Paul is a Ugandan economist, banker, business corporate executive and industrial psychologist. Prior to his present position, he was the sales executive at The Newz Point East Africa Ltd. Before that he served as company secretary a role he held from April 2020 to August 2020.He also previously severed as Head of finance at kinako holdings Limited. He was appointed in acting capacity and then in complete capacity to assume the position of the Chairperson Board of Directors and Managing Director Acorns Finance Co-op Ltd.
Balamaga Devis
Board Secretary and Executive Director
Balamaga Devis is one of the most versatile members of the Acorns Finance Cooperatives (U) Ltd family, working on numerous industries and project types. Whether preparing tax documents for a small business or serving as a financial advisor to a nonprofit, he delivers top-notch results.
He is in charge of Investigating Acorns Finance Bank operations and upgrading its system to improve productivity institution-wide. Estimates the operational amount that the institution needs to meet current demand and maintain a surplus in the event of unexpected demand.
Promoting Acorns Finance ethics throughout the institution. He stays up-to-date on market trends and the changes the institution may need to make to meet demands. Supervising managers in different departments, reviewing their performances and offering feedback to formulating different policies for the organization and ensuring everyone adheres to it. The Executive Director reports direct to the Managing Director and works closely with the Board of Directors.
Mulamula Ronald
Chief Financial Officer
With more than two decades of experience in the field, Ronald is an important source of knowledge on our team. Clients often comment on their thorough expertise and their ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
He strictly known for tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the institution's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
The chief is also charged of meeting revenue and earnings goals and keeping cash flow stable are clearly in the CFO’s purview. The Finance chief also advises department heads across the institution, assisting them in both maximizing revenues to those who serve in a revenue-generating capacity, and controlling expenses without sacrificing customer or employee satisfaction or Acorns Finance reputation.
Ronald, organizes complex data — current, past and predicted financial results — in perspectives and helps the Managing Director make sound financial decisions: Should we introduce this new product or service? Can we afford to on-shore our supply chain? What are the tax implications of our employees working from anywhere?...The Chief Financial Officer reports direct to the Managing Director and works closely with the Board Directors.
